Kayalan

<table width=“630” cellspacing=“0” cellpadding=“25” bgcolor=black >

Kayalan, the Malaysian eatery offers lip smacking Malay take out with Chinese and South Indian influences. For those unfamiliar with Malaysian Cuisine, it is something between Indian and Thai cuisine.

The food comes in state-of the art, faux-wooden hot-cases lined with thermocole packs to keep the food hot for over an hour. The food inside is neatly packaged and labelled to perfection. Such delightful packaging in itself is a winner!

Kayalan offers take out food quite unlike the traditional. It’s a more exotic, more gourmet affair. The food is spicy, mostly seafood and meats and absolutely to die for on a lazy night-in when dining out seems like too much work and ordering in some pizza, too monotonous! Kayalan also offers lots of exciting vegetarian items.

It’s the best home delivery service I’ve ever had. The food comes packed in little boxes that keep the food hot, lined with banana leaf and every item is neatly labeled. I’m a big fan of their Char Kway Teow, flat noodles with chicken, prawns and blue crab meat! I also like their Chicken Satay a lot! - Rahul

“…Unpacking this meal is a Zen moment! All in all, would I recommend Kayalan to you? Yes, I would. it’s honest; it’s reasonable; it’s a great change. I’m a neo-convert to home delivery myself, dammit! Kayalan Kayalan!”- Sabina Sehgal Saikia for TOI
